Sending old phone back

Hi - have just upgraded my iphone and have the packaging ready to return the old iphone. I had an SMS today with a link (sky.conditionchecker.com) to 'upload a few photos so we can confirm its value'. When I click on the link my phone suggests it's a phising site. Do I need to upload pics and if so, how and where can I do this without clicking through that link.

Hi @Welshdragon66  this appears to be a new thing with sky as others have reported issues with condition checker not taking pictures. If this is the case then post back here and we can try and get you some help.

I get the same message but it does say this in the FAQ:

You don't have to go through the Sky Condition Checker but it will only take you a couple of minutes and as we would like to guarantee the quoted value for your Swap if no damage is indicated, we can only do that if you complete the Sky Condition Checker steps in full.

I'm seeing that as well now where a few minutes ago I could get past the original message.
