Sending old phone back

I have an old phone to send back and I had an E-mail saying they would send me a pre paid envelope 

as Royal Mail have been on strike I haven't received anything as of yet 

what do I do now as I can't even call sky for help

You can use any packaging your have but you will need to contact Sky regarding the return label,

If this old phone is going back as part of the swap process, the according to another customer who posted on here earlier in the year, the return label was on the inside of the packaging the new device arrived in but that it was quite small and could easily be missed. They then successfully used the label and the same packaging to return.

If you’ve already disposed of that then as advised give Sky a call and ask for more packaging AND another returns label.
