Sending a phone back
Need to send my phone back as I cant get signal in the house and its terrible outside to and im not paying when people cant hear me its shocking

You can't just stop paying. If you have a device plan and you are out of the cooling off period then you have to continue paying.
If you've had the dataplan more than 12 months then you can cancel it.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
