Hi. How do I send back my phone and use its value to pay off the account? I don't want to swap to another phone. I checked about a month ago and I could click the 'send your device back' button in my account and it would show me how much my device is worth and how much I still owed on it. When I click on that button now it takes me to the swap page. i don't want to swap to another phone.

As noted above, the return option within your account is for a swap (new purchase) only.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SSalS It can only be sent back as part of a swap, if you not intending on upgrading with Sky you can't send it back just to pay off what you owe.

Ahh, I didnt realise you couldnt send the phone back without swapping. Thanks again for the replies, and many thanks for the link to Sky's trade-in programme.

I want to do the same and can only find the 'return your device' on the mobile app version of my sky.
I have just placed the order to send mine back without having to pick a swap item.

That's interesting, because that's the button I always remember seeing in the Sky app, but it wasn't showing when I wanted to just send my device back.
I sorted mine out anyway, by getting enough money for my device to be able to pay the credit off. But it's weird that the 'Send your device back' button (in the Payments section of the app) was missing when I wanted to change my device.
