I upgraded my phone on the 29th of December and it was due to be delivered on the 30th December. DPD is unable to locate my parcel in their warehouse and have told me to get Sky to raise an investigation but I have rang sky twice now and they have said that they should've received my parcel yesterday, although dpd said it was scanned on the 30th. And today sky has tried to make me pay for another phone with an upfront cost which is not what i had chosen on my new contract agreement and I'm just unsure what to do now as my new phone is lost and no one is telling me what to do

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Sophie142 i definitely wouldn't take out another contract, sounds like a sales person trying to get another for their quota. You could try phoning again to see if you get a better response or raise a complaint.
