Hello

I'm wondering if I order the 10gb for £5 data plan offer whether I will get a sim sent with a second number?

I would like to put this sim in my daughters phone but pay the bill along with my own mobile bill on my sky mobile account; am I right in thinking this is what I can do if I order this?

SIMs are not sent with numbers - numbers are assigned at the time of activation.

...but to answer your question - yes, ordering a new data plan and activating it will give an additional SIM with an unique phone number.  Ordering under your account will achieve this and you can share data in the piggybank.
