Seven months ago I purchased an iphone 11 on a Sky contract. Today the phone screen has gone partially smudged and it is hard to read.
Does anyone know if Sky contracts offer insurance cover for the 1st year and if so how do we contact anyone about this? The automated Mobile Device support is pretty useless and with the chat you never get to speak to a human ...thank you

You will need to contact Sky to arrange your return and for them to inspect and decide if it's covered by warranty or will be charged. You could also try an Apple Store to see what they say.

To be clear, a warranty covers defects inherent to the device through design, materials or manufacturing, while insurance cover is required to remedy damage inflicted (knowingly or accidentally) by the user.
