Have a new phone but have to send it back cos they told me it was ordered on the wrong account. Tried to reset it after data transfer and I need a screen code - I don't have the code.
They have now sent me a new phone on the right account as a swap but I can't transfer the data presumably cos I already did to the other phone which I can't reset. Need to speak to Sky but I can't find a number
I'm stuck - what do I do ?
