Scammed

I was missold a tablet what I didnt really want or need, after a lot of haggling I was told I could have it for free, so I thought might as well then.

Its a Samsung tablet, and at the time they were offering free earbuds with the phone I purchased.

My bill was showing the tablet on contract, so I contacted Sky who told me I had been given wrong information.

I was then passed through numerous managers who promised to sort it and call me back, but they never have, absolute disgrace of a company and onve this contravt isvup I wont be renewing again.

There is no chance Sky will give you a free tablet as that will just not happen so why they would tell you this is anybodies guess.

 

You could put in a complaint giving the date and time you were told this:

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints


This gives Sky 6 weeks to resolve this issue
