Pay post office

Why did my post office charge me £40 to return my swap phone  in the free returns packaging that my new phone arrived in ?

@Scotiagirl2026  No onen here can tell you as we don't work for the post office, did you not ask them at the time, they would know the reason.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
