I placed an order for the Galaxy Tab S10+. The allure for me was that it came with a free keyboard cover.
The tablet came, the keyboard did not. However, the marked it as delivered, so when I raised the issue they told me no - your keyboard was delivered.
I explained that it hadn't arrived, and they asked for pictures of the packaging. Weird, but okay, sent. Sky called, but it was in the middle of my working day so I asked for calls after 5pm to accommodate this. They continued to call during my working hours.
After over a week, I jumped on live chat to try get an update. Guess what? They closed my case because I didn't answer the phone, despite telling them I was unable to answer at those times.
They had the audacity to cancel my case because they couldn't follow my reasonable request to be called when I am not at work.
They were going to leave me with half a product and not even follow up on their own incident.
Absolutely disgusting, tablet will be returned, don't bother ordering from Sky.
