Scam

My name is Amal Mohan, and I am writing to inform you about a potential fraud incident happend to me.

On Friday 5th of  september, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media. They offered me a new contract and requested my postcode, address, and my bank account number and sort code to set up a Direct Debit. Unfortunately, I provided these details.

The following day, I unexpectedly received two iPhone 15 devices and ടു Sky SIM card, despite never having ordered them. When I contacted Sky, they confirmed that a fraudulent account had been set up in my name using my bank details, but with a different email and phone number. Sky arranged for me to return the items and advised me to notify HSBC. And i returned the product.

Later ,I noticed that a new Direct Debit had been set up on my account in favour of Sky, which I did not authorise. I immediately cancelled it. While I have been advised to monitor my account. Today when i checked my experien app. My credit score went down and showing missing payments from sky. The saddest part is i contacted sky many times to get update about the incident . And they made my complaint several times and the next time when i contact them they will say i there is no complaint they can see and tell me to contact another number and to register my complaint and they will say they will contact me back in couple of days. But i didnt get any call back in these days. I dont know what to do. If some one can help me please.
