Scam?

Keep getting a call from this number: 0161x5666076. My fiancé who is also on my sky account is also getting calls, saying that because we have been with them for ages and a loyal customer etc, they want to decrease our contract amount for the next 6 months? Is this real?

It is likely the calls are scam ones as they want access to your accounts so they can order mobies and tablets from them meaning you would be paying for them. As long as you gave them no personal information then you will have no issues.
