Scam- please help

Hi, just been notified that someone's ordered x2 google pixel 9a on my sky mobile account. This was not me. I have changed my password and will refuse delivery but how do I ensure these are removed my account and not delivered. I can't call sky mobile as I'm away in Australia so any help would be appreciated.

If they turn up then they need to be returned only to Sky. So whoever is at the property must not hand them over to anyone who then turns up to collect them, even if they are from a courier company as you or the person at the property needs to return them back to Sky after contacting them about this.
