Re: Scam number
Hi @Gem54 unfortunately all you can do is try blocking and ignoring, hopefully they move on to someone else.

Re: Scam number
The thing is I have a couple of mobiles in my house hold through sky, and they all get phonecalls daily, I block a number they ring through a different number, all claiming to be sky, I don't get scam calls from anyone else so how do they have my mobile numbers.

Re: Scam number
Unfortunately it's not something Sky can prevent. Scammers will spoof genuine numbers to make them look genuine but Sky would never ask for account details only the telephone password - where a user should give an incorrect word, if a scammer then they'd accept it but if Sky they'd say it's wrong.
I don’t work for Sky.
If I have helped then please leave a like.
