Says no active order.

I am so angry right now. 

I have ordered an iPad less than two weeks ago and it's still not here! i haven't even had a confirmation email yet. i just checked sky tracking and it says no active order. i legit checked sky tracking this morning and it was fine. 

so angry. so upset used to love sky now wishing i could opt out

You can call Sky and cancel the order if you wish.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If the order tracking was working this morning and isn't now then it might be an issue with this so if you want an update on your order then as per above give them a call.
