Samsung 'free' gift,

Upgraded to a Samsung Mobile, the deal was if you ordered bi 19/08 

2025, which I did, I was entitled to a phone case and charger. Useless couriers but I got the 'phone, but no mention of the 'extras'. Have tried to contact SKY, that has proved a waste of time. Switching to sky Mobile last year has proved to be a really bad idea! Now it looks like I'm locked in, but without the deal promised. How do you actually communicate with Sky, does anyone know?

Such offers are usually offered by Samsung and not Sky.

 

The instructions to claim were on the webpage of the specific device.

 

What device was it?   Someone may have the link (assuming the time to claim hasn't expired)

In some cases you don't have to do anything as the free Samsung gifts will be automatically sent but for others you have to use the link on the page you ordered the device from to get in your claim so what did the page or your device say that you needed to have done ?

It didn't say anything! All it said when I ordered was the 'gifts' would come from Samsung 'within a few days ' This no longer a 'few day's!

If the offer said 'claim' then you had to use the link to claim directly from Samsung.

 

If the offer said 'included' then any 'free' items should be in your order confirmation.

 

You don't seem to want to tell us what model it was...

Aah, so you did see the mention of the promotion on the website, now you are just waiting for it which I would imagine will be sent when stock is available.

Some items had to wait for the cooling off period of expire AIUI.
