Samsung cashback

I've purchased a Samsung z flip 7 and I have applied for Samsungs promotional offer of £200 cashback,  on any Samsung product. I've sent the details they required but it keeps being returned to me saying the proof of purchase is wrong. I've sent them a copy of the email order from Sky with all my details, product details and date of purchase. I don't know what else to do! Anybody having the same issues? My wife is having the same problem.

This is usually what you only need to send:

 

You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.
