Samsung accesories

Phone arrived today, no trade in offered on purchase, hey ho. Also no information on how to claim the offered free accesories I assume from Samsung direct?  After the debacle of an S24 trying to get things from Samsung the phone ultimatly got returned unopened to Sky! Two questions if poss, 1, How to apply for said accesories?, and, 2, After the usual avalanche of e.mails from Sky, exactly what do Samsung want as proof of purchase?  That was the point my patience expired last time, so this phone will stay unopened until said items have arrived, or worst case, phone is returned again and I go to a new supplier after 20yrs with Sky!!  Thanks in advance.....

If you mean the free Samsung gift the information was displayed on the website where you ordered the phone from on how and where to get your claim in.

 

As for proof you should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.

Samsung will send this within 45 days of the claim being validated.
