Samsung Watch

This was not a free item but a add on when buying my phone.

 

The phone has arrived but without the watch. There is no tracking or updates and sky customer services seem to just laugh it off.

 

Anyone else buy an accessory and how long did it take to arrive.

Another member was told that they might be sent out nice you have gone past the 30 day cooling off period for your phone.
