Hello, just ordered the new Samsung Galaxy S26+ which comes with gift of Galaxy Buds and a Watch, I know you claim for the watch yourself through the link but as stated the Galaxy Buds should appear in your order confirmation but mine has not? Have they not been added on?

I'll pass on giving them a call. The quality of the line when calling them is horrific. I queried this when I called them when I noticed it wasn't in my order confirmation.  The woman I spoke to was adamant it was the watch that was free, and not buds. The ladies poor grasp of English combined with the poor line quality made it impossible for me to get my point across. I gave up in the end.

I'm having the exact same issue. After sending over a screenshot of their own page, they was still adamant that you get one or the other, last thing they said was that if they don't arrive in 30 days then give them another call. The other ends on this after 30 days, there is no other way of getting through to them?

I think it's shocking that you can't email them. I could have pulled my hair out on the phone, if I had any.

Can you post the image of the deal if you still have it. Please kt definitely said the 3rd of june for both but im being fobed off and just saying it wasnt there that im seeing things.

I was going to see if it was still on the site, but i can't open that page as it's saying they're experiencing technical difficulties. What I have done though, is link an article in the Daily Mirror which gives the details, and mentions the June 3rd closure.

Just phoned them and got told three different things. First i was told it was a deal that never existed. then i was told it ended 20th may. I advised it was still showing online beyond that. But also pointed out I was sold it on the phone and asked about the buds and was told yes theyre included. therefore ive sited mis-sold contract and waiting a callback from a manager. Not impressed at all.

I made a complaint and recieved a reply saying that the offer ended on the 20th, but like you, I also informed them the offer was still showing  beyond that date. When they replied again, they  basically said the same thing, and thanked me for my patience in this matter. I'm unsure as to whether they have closed the matter, or are still investigating. I'm truly annoyed.

I am waiting on the gomplaints team to get back to me about this too.  Problem is, I chopped my old phone in on the upgrade so obviously I can't  cancel anything.  This promo was the only reason I upgraded and the whole thing has left a bitter taste
