Is there a way of finding out past sky mobile promotion dates?

Samsung s26 ultra with watch8 and buds4.  I claimed the watch no dramas, spoke to 3 different agents saying they will get the buds sent out, but I have been told today by a 4th agent that the promotion ended before I ordered the phone but noone can give me a date it apparently finished

Ordered 22 may on the mysky app. Was the upgrade option, had both accessories on it.  Was really the only reason I upgraded at that time as it was a very good promotion (in my eyes)

A previous post on here shows this was what the order page for the phone said:

That's all any of the agents I spoke to needed to say instead of escalating it and saying they will get them sent out.  Not exactly rocket science 🤷‍♂️
