Samsung Flip7 Issue

I purchased a Samsung Flip 7 in September last year from Sky. My second flip phone. On 24th February I noticed that the hinge was creaking and suddenly the screen started going black from the centre and not responding. The phone is in kept in a shock proof case and has not been dropped. I first contacted Sky on 25th February to arrange a repair under warranty, great, they would send out a return label to send the phone back, now 9 phone calls later I m still waiting for the so called label. Is there any way to speed this process along or do I have to wait until 8 weeks to apply to CISAS? It's like headbutting a spoge. Am I doing everything I can?

@Bunny2001

If you have put in a complaint and it has not been resolved after 8 weeks then you can ask for a deadlock letter that will allow you to take it further.

As an alternative a repair with the manufacturer is an option: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
