Samsung Flip

Got a flip 6 in October and then the main screen went black in January, so I rang sky on January 15th and was told they would send me packaging out to send it back, waited till January 25th still no packing so I phoned again and got told that the packing would be with me either Monday or Tuesday the following week, waited till February the 8th and rang again this time the gentleman I got said if you can find a Samsung shop take it there if not use this reference number and take it to the postoffice and they will take it with that, It's now February 28th and I've gone to the postoffice with said number and they've said no you either need prepaid or a QR code. Come home and rang sky mobile again and the gentleman went all the normal rubbish and then said the packaging will be with you 3 to 5bworking day atvwhich point I lost it and ended up hanging. Email customer complaints on the 30th of Jan and still not had a reply from them

When you say email did you use an email address or the form on their website?

 

p.s. your return key appears broken?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I've done both now and still no got any respones from them.

I was again told last Friday that I would have return packaging sent to me and shock horror still not got anything.
