Cant sign Credit agreement

Hi i can't sign my credit agreement on my sky app does not work I have spoken to 6 different sky advisor and getting no were

In what way is it not working @Lou142 , what is happening when you try to sign it ?

When I go in to my sky , when I hit on the credit agreement it keeps coming up error,  its the sky app its not been working for ages and I have phoned about it  6 people I spoken today and no one has resolved it , I can't get phone sent until its signed.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
