Hi the mic on my phone has stopped working. There is no debris blocking the mic. Any ideas on how to fix it?

How old is it?

Samsung's fault finder can help (it's currently offline though) https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair-maintenance/

At that age I'd buy a new phone...

However, there are many independent repairers that can probably assist.
