STILL no replacement sim after over a MONTH

This is just getting ridiculous now as it's been way over a month waiting on this replacement sim and ive tried to be patiient but now I'm just fuming the level of customer service ive experienced and looks like im not the first person going off here . 

 

Ive been lied to numerous times saying they have posted one out then said they'd sent another one out then the last conversation was told nothing had been sent out yet and that it was with "the team" 😳🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️😡

 

Id love to know who this team is that need to havr a bloody meeting to just send me out a replacement sim card after mine suddenly stopped working 🤷‍♀️😳

 

Ive explained repeatedly that im house bound and have various illnesses so im unable to call out or recieve calls and texts.. Im also under the mental health and havent been able to be in contact with them either 

 

Its really distressing.. Oh.. Last time I was told they tried to call me but I didnt pick up... Again anotjer lie as I'd TOLD them im unable to recieve calls and dont havr access to another phone or number.

 

Im now on here looking for advice as almost a week ago I was told it would be sorted within 2 days.. When pressed whether that meant I woukd actually recieve the sim within 2 days I couldn't get a clear answer.. Just that this invisible team will have sorted it by then  🤷‍♀️😳

 

Ive been a loyal customer for 18 years snd this is just the last straw after they've been adding things I didnt ask for to my bill 

 

Sorry for the rant.. Just wondering if anyone can help or advise please.. Sky have already told me its been "escalated" but then that was after id been lied to again them saying she'd expedited the second card out after i explained nohing had arrived and said i would recieve it the next day..  Then I was told after this NO cards have actually been sent out... aghh.. 🤷‍♀️😡🤦‍♀️

If you have certain health issues it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at the related links here… ~
