Sky mobile voicemail reset password
Trying to reset the password on my voicemail box on Sky mobile. Nobody on the customer service line can solve this for me. Been on the phone with them for hours, any ideas?

It's optional to use a PIN to access your voicemail in the UK. But, you'll need to set up a voicemail PIN if you want to listen to your voicemail:
- From another phone; or
- When you’re abroad (you'll need to set up the PIN in the UK before travelling abroad).
Forgotten your voicemail PIN?
- Dial 759 from your phone.
- Type the wrong PIN 3 times. This will trigger a text from us with a new temporary PIN.
- Re-dial 759 and use the temporary PIN.
- In the menu, press 3 (change Settings) then press 1 (change PIN).
- Using the temporary PIN, follow the instructions to change your PIN.
Changing your voicemail PIN
- Dial 759 from your phone.
- In the menu, press 3 (change Settings) then press 1 (change PIN) and follow the instructions.
Avoid using a PIN that's easy to guess, e.g. 1111, 1234 etc.

John, thank you so much for responding. Apparently, the issue is something to do with the actual phone (according to Sky customer service, who got us to try the 759 thing).Samsung are now on the case...! I'll report back here if there is a solution. The phone is a Samsung Galaxy M30 for reference
