@Daniel0210 Many thanks for that. Glad I'm not alone, but maddened that Sky seem unable to properly resolve when so many of their customers have been affected. I shall be having words when I get back to the UK in a week or so!

@desrturner i keep getting charged too as soon as I get 4G but then after that SOS appeared so I didn't get the full use of the passport! Sky really need to reimburse us the costs since this has happened as it's not fair we've been getting charged when we're not able to make full use of it! I've tagged @Chloe-W22 a few times because she works for Sky but she doesn't seem to he responding and neither does any other Sky representative! Utter madness!

This is getting ridiculous now. Ignore the £2 we should get our full bills refunded. We can even call a sky representative to get this fixed and they are completely ignoring this feed.
It's now nearly a week and we cant call, text or use any data, what are we paying for.
This is an utter joke and someone from sky needs to sort this

Woke up this morning about to set out on a 6 hour road trip, hoping it would be back...nope.
Unable to contact sky, getting no answers on here from them. Its utterly infuriating. It's now been off permanently for 24 hours now. Previous 4 days it came back for an hour or two.
Frankly appalled by the lack of support on this. You know who is in Canada, you can see we've had roaming passports (when we could get the data!), so you know the numbers...please prioritise fixing this.
So disappointed.

@CraigH19 totally agree! Mine has now reverted back to SOS and I've had to use my sisters hot spot in the car.
@Chloe-W22 can someone from Sky respond to these messages on the forum?? You have a lot of disgruntled customers who will end up cancelling their contracts with you as soon as they return to the UK - me included!!

I'm working in Canada and my Sky mobile has suddenly stopped receiving calls and texts. I also cannot use Manage on the Sky website (it goes into an irrelevant loop) and I get a message that My Sky app is unavailable in this region).

I am currently in Canada, have been living here for nearly 2 years but still using my UK mobile number. I have had no phone service for almost three days now. It is telling me to phone them but I obviously can't because I have no service and I have no other way of contacting them. Please help!!

@Chloe-W22 Can you please arrange for a refund for the customers currently in Canada with no way of contacting people unless they find wi fi - I've been charged the past three days for the roaming passport despite not having 24 hours usage because of the SOS issue. The fact no one from Sky has commented on this thread for days is unacceptable. Please advise or can a Sky employee at least have the decency to respond to our queries.

@Chloe-W22 Are you able to provide any information from Sky? What are they doing to fix this?
I'm very worried as I'm going to be travelling home to the UK from Canada and I don't want to be without my phone, as I"m travelling alone and I'm an octogenerian. I'm so very disappointed with Sky.
I doubt they've told their customer service assistants what's wrong as I've chatted to several of them through Sky's chat message box on their website and none have mentioned this. I've followed all the instructions they gave me. The same instructions were given to me by everyone I chatted to, except one who told me to "call Sky" and then closed the chat. "Call Sky" with what?! did she even know what she was doing I can't call Sky, I can't call anyone. If Sky can't look after their customers like I'm reading here, they're just leaving us in the lurch I'll be leaving Sky as soon as I can.

It's not for a small number of customers and its definitely not intermittent. I've had no service emergency calls only since Wednesday and it's Saturday today.

@LittleMo44 I've just been on the complaints section of the app and sent a complete via a message system (Removed). I've asked for a refund because this is getting ridiculous.
