My stepson has sold his phone we brought him....how can I block the handset?

It can only bed blocked by Sky if it has been lost or stoeln and doing so who still mean the account holder has to continue paying for it until it has been paid off.

@Nicola118 If you have given the phone to your stepson then you can't get it blocked, if you didn't give him the phone then you would need to make a report to the police of theft and possibly fraud(obtaining money or goods by deception) by your stepson and be prepared for the consequences of doing so, you could then request Sky block the phone as you would have a crime report number.
