SKY sim not arriving

Hi. I'm a new SKY customer that wants to transfer from ID mobile. I've ordered a sim and the next day the app said delivered which it hasn't as no sign for it plus I looked behind the bin or any of the safe spots. I tried to contact SKY through their online chat which is actually so terrible as half of the time it gave me a response of woops couldn't find that. Try to type fewer words. Honestly first impressions of this company seem absolutely terrible and I am deeply disappointed in SKY as I desperately need a new sim. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do next ?

The sim will be delivered by Royal Mail so if it has been more than a week you could just order another one to see if that arrives. If you should somehow end up with both of them then make sure you only activate one so the other is cancelled.
