SIM too big

I have a new sky SIM.  I have just taken my old Tesco SIM out and even after taking the outer bit off of the new SIM,  it's still too big for my phone. Has anyone else had this?

You should be ablet to pop it out to whatever size you need, even a small one if needs be so have you looked into this ?

Need to break off more - it should be scored to separate
