I cannot receive the activation code on my old SIM as my service is disconnected

Hi @Jo621  not sure what you are trying to do ?  What activation code ? Why is is your old service disconnected ?

Hi thanks for responding.

I was trying to move to Sky mobile from another provider as I am out of contract with them but my service was deactivated and I couldn't receive any calls or messages.

It's ok now.

After 2 hours on WhatsApp with Sky trying to explain that to the agent and getting nowhere I decided to go with a different provider altogether.

If you other provider deactivated your number then it will not have been possible to move it to Sky so starting with them with a new number will have been the way to go.
