Returned old iphone

Hiya,

I upgraded to a new iPhone back  im may and chose the option of returning my old phone in exchange for a money value. I returned the phone within the allocated 2 week period that it asked and have still been billed for my new monthly payment? I was told that the money my phone was worth would go towards the new phone

Hi @Williamson009  it takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, until then you will be billed for the old device. Any overpayment will be refunded. If the value of the swap doesn't cover what's left on the contract then that's added to the next bill.
