SIM problem

I recently moved my mobile to Sky. The sim is activated but it won't work. I have no way of calling Sky as I am unable to use my phone. I contacted using my Daughter's mobile two days ago and was told I would hear back within 24 hours. This is terrible service and I regret moving to sky due to the sim not working and very poor customer service.

There are no mast issues. The sim is activated (this was confirmed by Sky when I spoke to someone two days ago). The phone service has been rebooted and still doesnt work
