Cannot make/ take calls or access data

I have not been able to make or take calls, send or receive texts and also cannot access my data. I raised this with Sky over 1 week ago and was advised that Sky would call an alternative number within 48-72 hours. No calls or updates have been received.   

I have checked the service coverage and there appear to be no issues. No one seems to be dealing with this issue at Sky and I am not receiving the service that I pay for. 

Has anyone else had a similar issue and can advise how to fix it?

When you spoke to Sky did they suggest sending you a replacement sim to try because if you are using one at present (and not an eSIM) perhaps it has developed a fault ?

Thank you for your help. 

They gave me a replacement SIM but that didn't work either. I've also tried another SIM in my phone to confirm that it isn't my handset.
