I have called and cancelled my SIM card as I am utilising my old one to keep my phone number however it says I am still being charged for it? Can you help with this please?

Ususlly you wouldn't be charged for a sim that wasn't activated so if you have then speaking to Sky about this is all that you do to get your money refunded.

When did you call to cancel it and how long ago was it activated ?
When is your next bill due to be paid ?

It was not activated and I cancelled it on the phone the day I got it. I have received a charge for the first month already although it was delivered 2 weeks late and have been charge for the sim as well as the phone
