Hi
I entered into a Sky Mobile contract in July 2025 due to breaking my phone but still had time to run on my vodaphone SIM only contract. I have been using my vodaphone SIM in my Sky device. My vodaphone contract has now come to an end. I have a PAC number and would like to transfer my number to Sky. Unfortunately I have lost the e-SIM activation email. Help!

Hi @SallyLabrum you have 30 days to activate a sim so if you are passed that date and didn't activate it then it will be gone from your account. Order a new sim from sky.com and activate it. Then use your PAC to transfer your number.
