My sky SIM card doesn't work. My phone says it has no service and I tried turning it on and off and still no service. I also can't send text or make phone calls.
Have you tried your SIM card in another phone to see what happens ?

I have had the same issue since Saturday. Did a support chat and they were unable to solve the problem so they escalated it. Still waiting for an update. If I don't get a response tomorrow then I'll just move to a new supplier. There are cheaper ones out there and I'm pretty fed up with the lack of support on this issue.
