SIM card
I was promised by the sky customer service person I would be getting my new SIM card Wednesday or Thursday of this week and still waiting for it they said it would definitely be there by then so don't have any phone or SIM to call people and need this for my clients and business as I'm a hairdresser

SIM cards are dispatched via Royal Mail so you're waiting on the postie (although we have seen recent posts on here about delays).
Incidently you presumably signed up as a domestic mobile customer. If you're using it against the T's and C's for business purposes you should have gone through Sky Business.
