SIM card

Why has the SIM card been added again I only use one called ace . You are charging me £2 month for something that I haven't got anymore and was once removed please rectify this .

As we are customers here who help each other you will have to call Sky on 150 to ask them about this. A sim card can only be cancelled once you have had it for 12 months or more.
