SIM card

I ordered a SIM card on Thursday it was meant to come next day delivery and it's still not here

They are sent by Royal Mail so can take 2-3 working days so next day delivery is always going to be a bit of a stretch.

I believe sims are sent via Royal Mail post so next day delivery is perhaps a little unrealistic.

If you want a replacmenet sim you need to contact Sky for them to order it.

 

If you want a new sim you can order it via here:

You can not use a pac code to move a number between two Sky sims.
