SIM card

Hello, I've just received a iPhone 17 today from having a iPhone 12, when I put my SIM card into the iPhone 17 nothing is working and it says no service

You might need the network settings sent to your new phone, so this should be what you need to do to get them sent to it::


Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.
