SIM card

 I got a MacBook dongle and SIM card for my daughter but I can't get the SIM card activated as I don't have a pac code, I've tried calling I've tried emails and I've tried messaging and no reply's apart from the guy on the phone who wasn't interested in helping he just wanted me to upgrade my phone ( god give me strength) so here we are paying for these products and we need the sim activated because my daughter can use the internet while we are out and about, I feel cheated and paying for a service we can't use is FRAUD

PAC codes are for transferring numbers from other networks.  You don't need one to activate a SIM.

You won't be charged for the SIM until you activate it.
