Hello, I have recently bought a Apple iPad mini Gen 6 I also got a sim which i actually don't need as I am using my current sim, it hasn't come yet and I don't want to pay for it if I am not going to use it, will I still get charged if I don't activate it?

If you do not activate the sim then it will be canceled so you will not be charged for it.
