SIM card not working

Hi there i've upgraded my iPhone to the iPhone 16 still on the plan my network SIM is not connecting at all so basically I can't call out rent or anything like that or receive calls receive text. I need to know if it's the SIM card I need to replace so if it is, could you send another one out just need to know what's going on I need my phone for work

Did you move your SIM card from old to new phone?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
