My sons SIM card has been disconnected due to the contract being up and he needs to reactivate it but can't as he suffers with adhd and he needs his old number back due to his work and other information he needs any help will be very helpful to me as I don't know what do

If his contract has been cancelled then that number is gone and can't be retrieved. Could it be suspended due to non payment as that is different ?

They are only cancelled by giving Sky notice to cancel.
The only other reason it would stop working if the bills weren't paid.
If the SIM has been cancelled then the number has gone.

Thank you for getting back to me the contract wasn't cancelled and all payments are upto date they said the sim contract has ended but we haven't ended it and my son really needs his number back feb 5th it ended I just don't know what to do my son is in bits and it is making things worse because of his adhd
