Sky Mobile Upgrade to Google Pixel 8a with free buds

I upgraded one of my sky mobile phones on 21 January 2025.  I got a Google Pixel 8a 125 GB.  I'm 100% certain that that phone came with free buds and that I had to wait 14 days before I could claim my reward.  I have just tried to do so today but couldn't work out how to claim them.  I just phoned Sky mobile helpline and they are adamant that there was no such offer at that time.  I'm more than sure there was.  Has anyone else had such problems?  Looking around on other mobile providers some have also had free buds for this phone so there clearly are such offer about.

Thanks for this.  Looks like reward has gone through ok today.  Hopeless Sky advisor was adamant that this reward did not exist yesterday.
