SIM activation

I'm trying to activate 3 Sims cards,but it's saying page restricted even though I'm signed into my account.thx

Are you signed in with the same details/email address that you sued to place the order, if you are then you will either need to call Sky or use the social media links at the bottom of that page to ask Sky for help with this.
