Sky Mobile order - Showing incorrect address
When i go to place an order for a handset to joing sky mobile the address that appears for delivery is my old address. I moved home about 4 and a half years ago, all of my communication comes to the correct address, and when i look at my account details, the address is correct. Only time it appears wrong is when i want to place a mobile order.

@Squidge811 If you're using your old Sky ID it wul show your old address.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

You will need to call Sky to get the details updated because if you haven't left Sky and returned during those 4 years then you should be able to place the order via the account you already have.
